- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
- Effective verbal and written communication in English.
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
- Valid state identification card.
- Reliable transportation.
- A valid driver's license and a vehicle are required to commute between locations and arrive promptly for appointments.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Provide direct one-to-one applied behavior analysis therapy in home or clinic environments.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
- Collect data and submit session notes.
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
- Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
