  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience as a Network Engineer
  • Experience working in a manufacturing facility is preferred, or experience in large headquarter builds
  • In-depth knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, etc.) and network security best practices
  • Understanding of SDN, network architecture, and networking protocols
  • Understanding of transport networking, routing, and switching at scale
  • Experience designing and building large server rooms, ensuring efficient layout, cooling, and power management
  • Relevant certifications such as CCDA, Network+, JNCIA or equivalent
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and implement robust and scalable network architecture to support business and manufacturing operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop network solutions that meet business needs
  • Participate in network capacity planning and perform network performance optimization
  • Configure and manage network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
  • Troubleshoot network issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
  • Document network configurations, processes, and procedures
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in network engineering
