  • Please note, this position can be based in Irvine, CA, Austin, TX, or remote
  • The Product Operations Manager is responsible for leading product management standards and processes across product lines to ensure our efforts achieve maximum impact in our markets
  • In collaboration with multiple departments, the Product Operations Manager creates, refines, and implements new processes, workflows, and best practices for the advancement of the Product organization
  • Remains on the cutting edge of new tools and methodologies to iterate and innovate within the operations of the product organization
  • Supports product leaders through the creation and delivery of regular training sessions to support team members in their product management skills
  • Responsible for internal communications as well as measurement and reports of key metrics
  • Responsible for implementation and maintenance of product planning tools
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement through additional or consolidated tooling
  • Aggregate and analyze internal or customer issues using tools, surveys, and queries of all available data sources to gather insights
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design and PMO teams to ensure operational processes are factored into new product development plans and designs, and to integrate solutions to identify user experience issues in upcoming versions
  • Build and maintain a working knowledge of data sets available to support reporting objectives
  • Create standardized templates and establish sustainable data collection processes
  • Produce recurring and ad-hoc reporting in various formats using a variety of tools for product metrics
  • Effectively communicate tailored messages regarding analytic ideas, approach, key takeaways, and actionable insights
  • Develop and manage business relationships with team members and leaders across the organization
  • Plan and support all key operational requirements as we design, develop, and launch innovative new products for our customers
  • Support change management by helping to land process and policy changes through communications, training, and onboarding
  • Troubleshoot logistical, technical, product, or data issues that impact the customer experience and work across various functions to track, prioritize, and solve the most pressing problems
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Experience in gathering business insights and identifying trends from data, including combination of data from multiple sources
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and be flexible/nimble
  • Cross functional collaboration skills
  • Identify inefficient processes, develop better solutions, and implement them
  • Ability to effectively identify what's important and prioritize competing workstreams
  • Ability to develop structure from ambiguity
  • Capable of interacting and influencing all levels of the organization
  • Comfortable with defining role as it evolves
  • 3 - 5 years of Analytical, Business and Technical Experience
  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel, including use of pivot tables, formulas, macros, VBA, charts/graphs
  • Experience working with tools like Jira, Salesforce, Aha!, Pendo, Road-mapping tools and/or Monday.com
  • Strong analytical, critical and systems thinking required
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with process generation and implementation
