- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Design, build, and ship complex, critical components of Innovaccer's platform, including backend services, APIs, and data pipelines, while writing high-quality production code.
- Build artificial intelligence and machine learning-powered product features end to end by integrating models, designing surrounding systems and data flows, and ensuring reliable production performance.
- Drive technical design for systems within the team or domain, making hands-on decisions for scalability, performance, security, and cost, and implementing those decisions.
- Model engineering best practices across the software development life cycle, including code quality, testing, security, observability, and operational excellence, and raise standards through code written and reviewed.
- Build resilient, well-tested services that integrate cleanly across products and with external healthcare systems.
- Ensure software complies with healthcare and data-protection requirements, including HIPAA and GDPR, by embedding compliance and security into implementation.
- Debug, profile, and harden production systems, taking ownership of reliability and incident response for the systems built.
- Partner with product and clinical stakeholders to turn real-world needs into well-scoped, technically sound designs that can be delivered.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tooling for the team, balancing capability, cost, risk, and time-to-value.
- Provide hands-on technical mentorship to engineers through design reviews, pairing, and code review.

Innovaccer, Mastek ink strategic partnership to scale agentic AI in healthcare globally. Innovaccer and Mastek, a global artificial intelligence and cloud services company, announced a partnership aimed at expanding agentic healthcare AI globally. Under the expanded partnership, Mastek will deploy and localize Innovaccer's full suite of healthcare AI applications across new and existing markets. Mastek joins Innovaccer's Platinum GSI program to accelerate deployment of the company's healthcare AI platform and solutions. The companies say Innovaccer's healthcare data and AI foundation will provide the infrastructure for each deployment across new and existing markets. Mastek CEO Umang Nahata said in a statement that healthcare organizations need AI solutions that are "simple, trusted and built on connected data."
