Responsibilities
  • Enhance and continuously implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the Cameo for Business products, identifying target markets, customer segments, and competitive positioning.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth; adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets, analyze metrics, and provide regular reports to the executive team on sales activities and outcomes.
  • Be a close partner with Cameo leadership and marketing to align messaging and campaigns, ensuring consistent branding and effective lead generation strategies.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our Cameo for Business product and services, articulating their value proposition to clients effectively. Work closely with the Cameo for Business product team as the B2B product evolves to help prioritize business needs and bring a brand-facing view and source of feedback.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand our network, identify new business opportunities, and represent Cameo for Business.
