Sprout Social reported Q4 fiscal 2025 results with revenue of $120.9 million and subscription revenue of $118.5 million, both showing year-over-year growth. Non-GAAP operating margin improved 306 basis points for the full year, whilst the company generated $45.9 million in non-GAAP free cash flow for fiscal 2025. Total remaining performance obligations reached $404 million, up from $357.1 million in Q3. CEO Ryan Barretto noted multi-year contracts now represent nearly half of Sprout's contract mix, up from roughly a third two years ago, reflecting progress in moving upmarket. The company introduced a new metric tracking subscription revenue contribution from customers generating $30,000 and above in annual recurring revenue to provide visibility into its enterprise customer base.
