Requirements
  • 5+ years of design and art direction experience
  • Design capabilities on type, layout, and design fundamentals
  • Passionate about image creation and graphic design for both stills and motion
  • Deep knowledge of photography and visual design

Responsibilities

  • Works on research and creative decks to communicate creative concepts and product stories with cross-functional partners
  • Work and collaborate with the photo team on set art direction for editorial and e-commerce photography
  • Works and collaborates with the styling team on developing product stories for creative content for multiple marketing channels
  • Works and collaborates with the post-production team on photoshoots post-production
  • Collaborates with the creative teams on the development of layouts for marketing assets for print and digital channels
  • Collaborates and oversees the creative team’s visual execution for the brand’s site and digital ecosystems
  • Manages a team of graphic designers in-house on content creation
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and bring innovation to CX
  • Contributes to the development of the brand’s corporate identity across all brand’s touch-points
