JOB TITLE: Finance Manager – OPEX
REPORTS TO: Financial Controller - EU
LOCATION: Leeds, UK
As we continue to evolve and to take our European expansion to the next level, we are looking for a Finance Manager to join our EU finance team.
OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a experienced, highly organised and motivated Finance Manager to support the Financial Controller and manage the efficient running of our EU finance team. You will be working in a fast-paced, ambitious team with a real focus on continuous improvement. The role will help to provide insight into business performance and assist stakeholders with decision making.

Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do (RESPONSIBILITIES)
- Managing the month end close for OPEX, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Working cross functionally to ensure completeness and accuracy of monthly OPEX expenditure.
- Management/coaching of a small team
- Responsibility for Balance sheet reconciliation/review
- Producing variance analysis
- Fulfilling monthly and quarterly internal reporting requirements
ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS (REQUIREMENTS):
- Highly numerate with strong analytical ability
- Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with both financial and non-financial management.
- Methodical and diligent with a willingness to work toward and manage tight deadlines.
- Have a can-do attitude and work well within a team.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a finance role
- Qualified in either ACCA/CIMA
- Strong excel skills
