- Manage the full cycle payroll process
- Provide excellent customer service to internal customers
- Develop and implement scalable payroll processes
- Process payroll for hourly, salaried, and temporary employees
- Ensure timely quarterly and annual tax filings
- Prepare and file quarterly employer tax returns
- Respond to all unemployment claims, garnishment inquiries, and regulatory notices
- Interpret new legislation impacting payroll
- Produce scheduled and ad-hoc reports as needed
- Drive special projects to meet business objectives
