  • Credit Designation (CCP) or equivalent post-secondary education
  • Proven expertise in credit risk management

Responsibilities
  • Managing the performance of the Accounts Receivable Team
  • Setting up credit limits for retailers and distributors
  • Managing escalation process of collection matters and dispute resolution
  • Providing timely and accurate payment and account balance information
  • Maintaining workflows for deductions and chargebacks
  • Monthly analysis of the AR sub ledger
  • Monthly reconciliation of other AR related accounts
  • Developing departmental objectives and effective workflows
  • Maintaining monthly key metrics reporting
  • Coaching, training, and mentoring AR staff
  • Handling special projects
