Requirements
  • Anticipate client and business needs.

  • Be willing to enroll in the BTS NDRC (Négociation et Digitalisation de la Relation Client) program at ESARC Lyon.
  • Hold a Bac or Bac+1 education level.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct telephone prospecting with professional clients, including very small and small-to-medium-sized businesses, property managers, and headquarters.
  • Present the partner company and inform clients about its services during telephone appointments.
  • Schedule appointments for technical sales representatives.
  • Update the customer relationship management database.
  • Conduct field prospecting and identify new prospects.
  • Manage and follow up on the client portfolio.
