About the job
- Be a student with at least three years of higher education in web development, computer science, or an equivalent field.
- Plan to enroll in a Tech Lead master's program at the start of the academic year.
- Have solid proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as JavaScript, Python, PHP, or Java, and their associated frameworks.
- Understand web architectures, including REST, application programming interfaces, and microservices.
- Have an interest in technical leadership and team management.
- Demonstrate analytical ability, rigor, autonomy, and pedagogical skills.
- Complete the admission interview at Digital Campus Paris to enroll in the Tech Lead master's program, which is required to join the partner company as an apprentice.
- Participate in project architecture and technical decisions.
- Provide technical guidance to a team of junior developers through code reviews and good practices.
- Actively contribute to back-end and/or front-end development according to project needs.
- Implement automated tests, continuous integration and continuous delivery, and monitoring tools.
- Maintain technology awareness and propose continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with product, design, and infrastructure teams to ensure technical consistency.
- Work alongside the senior Tech Lead, developers, and project managers to ensure the quality, performance, and maintainability of delivered products.
