Responsibilities
  • Gather and complete weekly/monthly selling templates for all franchise and major accounts
  • Update weekly shipping updates and keep clients up to date on forecast/needs
  • Partner with logistics to make sure open orders are being shipped complete and on time
  • Manage open order report and shipped report
  • Order entry and maintenance
  • Facilitate market set up (manage market temps, samples, showroom, models, JOOR updates)
  • Assist with specialty and major market appointments as needed
  • Depending on year active in the role, specialty stores will be assigned
  • Daily communication with clients and completion of administrative/back office requests
