Responsibilities
- Assume full responsibility for all store areas and team members in the absence of the Store Manager, including associated operational tasks.
- Support the Store Manager with recruiting, staff planning, and performance measurement.
- Drive the team to achieve the location's performance targets and key performance indicators.
- Implement and maintain a customer-centric mindset to build a loyal customer base.
- Drive the use of available tools and ensure procedures are executed and policies are followed.
- Build and maintain awareness of competitors and local markets, sharing relevant findings with the Area Manager and retail team.
