  • BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in information systems, computer networking, telecommunications, systems development and management

Responsibilities
  • Provides trouble resolution on complex problems

  • Acts as a subject matter expert among peers, with manager and senior management
  • Serves as technical merger and acquisition lead as needed
  • Leads Level 3 and 4 incident recoveries; may organize the efforts of other analysts as part of incident recovery; leads root cause analysis efforts
Desired Qualifications
  • Multiple trade certifications strongly preferred
  • Experience troubleshooting problems from the application layer, through the OS and into the Network layers preferred
  • Experience with supporting highly regulated environments with strict IT standards (CMMI, DoD, DISA) preferred
  • Experience working with multiple technical architectures (LAN, WAN, two-tiered client – server, and three-tiered client-server) preferred
  • Experience applying security hardening and monitoring controls in a highly regulated federal environment preferred
  • Prior experience working for a federal government contractor preferred

CareBridge sold to Elevance for $2.7B
