Requirements

A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in a revenue-closing role, with a background in B2B technology and/or SaaS and a strong track record of overachievement, is required.
Experience selling within the Vietnamese market is required.

Responsibilities

Establish a strong pipeline for ByteDance's innovation technology solution suite.
Execute the go-to-market strategy and drive revenue growth through effective sales closure activities.
Build and manage strong relationships with prospective clients.
Understand industry pain points and develop solutions for innovation technology use cases to maximize client return on investment.
Partner closely with the marketing team to increase market awareness of the technology portfolio through public conferences, seminars, and/or workshops.
Proactively solve problems outside one's immediate area and take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.

Desired Qualifications

Digital-industry-related work experience is a plus.
Experience selling recommendation, artificial intelligence, streaming media/video, or infrastructure solutions is a plus.
Ability to communicate and influence on complex topics with audiences having varied functional knowledge and levels is preferred.
A strong network with customers is preferred.
