Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 4 years of experience in software engineering (Internship experience does not apply)
  • At least 1 year experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
  • At least 2 years of experience with identity data management platforms
  • At least 2 years of people management experience
  • Master's Degree (Preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience in at least one of the following: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go (Preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, or another cloud service (Preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience in open source frameworks (Preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in Agile practices (Preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Identity data management experience that includes provisioning, identity syncing, attribute schemas and databases.
  • Manage enterprise cloud infrastructures in AWS.
  • Analyze, enhance, and support the security posture of a highly complex, enterprise level authentication environment in a hybrid on-premise and cloud hosted configuration.
  • Leverage cloud native services to modernize and automate operational processes
  • Translate business needs into workable technology solutions that meet the needs of internal customers.
  • Participate in or lead troubleshooting and incident resolution of complex, high severity incidents
  • Develop automated solutions using scripts, pipelines, and cloud based server-less computing platforms
  • Develop detailed architecture, standards, design, and implementation documentation
  • Analyze the current Authentication Services environment to identify both technical and operational opportunities and develop continuous improvement action plans.
