About the job
- Prior eLearning experience is preferred.
- Sound knowledge of instructional design theories and current practices in the learning industry is required.
- Experience designing learning strategies and developing instructional design approach documents is required.
- Experience developing courses for varied learner audiences is required.
- Exposure to developing learning for different learning mediums is advantageous.
- Experience conducting design and development reviews of learning content is required.
- Design instructional and assessment strategies for learning programs.
- Draft learning materials, develop learning objectives and assessments, and structure and write content creatively.
- Interact with subject matter experts to design instruction for learning programs.
- Review storyboards and courses for instructional accuracy before delivering them to the client.
- Manage a team of Instructional Writers and ensure deliverables are completed within project schedules.
- Prior eLearning experience.
