About the job
- Completed commercial vocational training, such as office management, industrial and wholesale trade, or personnel management, or studies in business administration, human resources, business psychology, or a similar field.
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable HR role, ideally in an international environment.
- Substantial experience working with Workday.
- Experience independently handling HR projects and sound knowledge of employment law.
- Very good written and spoken German and English.
- Analytical, independent, and service-oriented working style.
- Initiative and a hands-on approach in a dynamic HR environment.
- Independently support a defined employee group throughout the entire employee life cycle across operational and administrative HR matters.
- Be responsible for the introduction and further development of Workday.
- Contribute to national and international HR projects, for example in HR processes and digitalization.
- Work closely with Payroll, Recruiting, international HR colleagues, and the works council.
- Ensure compliance with employment law requirements, internal policies, works agreements, and data protection regulations.
