DLA Piper advised a syndicate of financing entities in providing funding to the Seville-based company Persán, S.A. for its acquisition of Mibelle from Migros. This acquisition marks a significant step in Persán's expansion plan, increasing its workforce to over 3,000 employees. Mibelle Group operates in Switzerland, France, the UK, and the US. The DLA Piper Finance team included César Herrero, Carmen Sánchez, Felipe López, and Santiago González, with support from Swiss law firm SW Legal.
