About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a critical role in managing projects from concept through completion, working closely with the Senior Project Manager to deliver high-quality designs and ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and passionate about architecture and the built environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager to oversee projects end to end - from conceptual design and feasibility studies through design development and project delivery.
Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams to meet project goals on time, on budget, and within Brand Standards.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions.
Oversee and contribute to the production of design documentation, ensuring compliance with codes, standards and best practices.
Coordinate finish plans, specifications, and material selections according to Brand Standards.
Assist in preparing architectural drawings, specifications, project schedules, and budgets.
Prepare both 2D and 3D design materials for team review and presentations.
Resolve complex design issues with innovative, practical, and operationally-minded solutions.

Ideal Background

3-5 years of architectural project management experience, with a portfolio demonstrating involvement in projects from concept to completion.
Experience in both commercial, hospitality, and residential real estate projects.
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Skilled in developing visual presentations across all design phases, including programming, schematic design, and design development.
Familiarity with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
In-depth understanding of architectural building systems and functional building operations.
Ability to manage concurrent projects at various stages of development.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment, using analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
