What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to develop and implement effective content solutions for the company, including films, TV series, and animation
• Identify and cultivate partnerships with global entertainment, TV, movie, and livestreaming enterprises to enhance the promotion of our IPs. Ensure timely delivery and execution of project deliverables
• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to gain insights into our target audiences and competitors. Utilize findings to formulate and execute efficient business strategies in collaboration with key internal stakeholders from different business units
  

What We Are Looking For:

• Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in content partnerships within the entertainment, movie, or livestreaming industry. Previous connections with companies in the entertainment industry are highly advantageous
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
• Self-motivated and highly organized team player
• Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of the entertainment industry
• Willingness to travel overseas occasionally
• Proficiency in Chinese language is a plus

Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $180,000 USD per year. Actual pay is based on location and may vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience from the candidate.
