Requirements

A Registered Behavioral Technician certification is preferred.
A bachelor's degree is preferred.
At least two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or a behaviorally challenged population is required.
A valid driver's license is required.
Reliable transportation and insurance are required.
Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs is required.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills are required.

Responsibilities

Implement Applied Behavior Analysis-driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes or a community environment.
Provide one-to-one therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting.
Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to the supervisor.
Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social skills, and other targeted treatment goals.
Track client progress and program data.
Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Observe confidentiality and safeguard all patient-related information.

Desired Qualifications

Registered Behavioral Technician certification.
A bachelor's degree.
