Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to help customers find the right vehicle.
- Self-motivation, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally and listen to their vehicle preferences and requirements.
- Guide customers through vehicle selection by showcasing Honda models and explaining features, benefits, and available options.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance, safety features, and technology.
- Provide accurate information on pricing, financing options, and incentives, and assist customers with the purchase or lease process.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address concerns or questions.
- Collaborate with sales managers and finance team members to complete sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Stay updated on Honda products, features, and promotions to effectively promote and sell vehicles.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales.
- Ability to speak or comprehend Polish, Russian, Spanish, or Ukrainian.
