Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 4 years in the mid-market+ SaaS, CRM, ERP or software industry
  • 6+ years of partner marketing experience leading plan development, execution and management of budgets
  • Proven track record of creating and managing successful marketing campaigns with partners (ISV’s, resellers and distributors)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical abilities with a passion for data-driven decision-making
  • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box
  • Growth mindset with a results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating)
  • Combination of strategic thinking and the ability to roll up sleeves and get it done
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools. Working knowledge tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Triblio, Bombora, Drift, Lead Forensics, SalesLoft, and SugarCRM a plus!
Responsibilities
  • Lead the management of and vision for the Partner Marketing Team as a key leader within the business
  • Develop and create comprehensive marketing plans with partners for the Americas market
  • Lead the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns across all Sugar marketing channels
  • Develop and execute strategic industry marketing plans supporting industry & partner focused initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Events team to plan and coordinate joint participation in events with partners
  • Coordinate digital marketing joint campaign efforts across various channels
  • Strategically plan and execute marketing initiatives with a focus on driving tangible results
  • Craft compelling narratives around partner and Sugar solutions tailored to the target audience
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing and thought-provoking content
  • Work with the social team to develop strategies to create excitement around joint partner and SugarCRM solutions
