Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, Organizational Psychology, Business or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous internship experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the HR training team to facilitate the migration process to a new Learning Management System.
  • Assist with the transfer of user accounts, course materials, assessments, and other relevant information to a new Learning Management System.
  • Maintain accurate records within Learning Management System, including course enrollments, user profiles, course enrollments, completion tracking, and generating reports to monitor training progress and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate logistics and assist with administrative tasks related to company-wide training sessions and workshops.
  • Develop content, such as user guides, FAQs and tutorials, for internal training sessions.
  • Assist in evaluating training effectiveness through surveys and feedback analysis.
  • Work closely with leadership and stakeholders across the organization, as a member of the HR team, to gather requirements and align training initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for hiring roles.
  • Support HR tasks, such as orientation and onboarding.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, as needed.
