Requirements
  • BA/BS degree in a related IT field or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of industry experience configuring and leading HR technology solutions
  • 5+ years hands-on experience with multiple Workday models such as Recruiting, Talent, Time Tracking, Benefits, and Absence
  • In-Depth expertise of Workday Business Process framework, security, and reporting
  • Demonstrable ability to configure Workday Processes and combine knowledge from multiple disciplines (e.g., cloud solutions capability, industry standards) to produce an optimal business solution
  • Ability to lead and/or participate in global level projects/assignments with a medium degree of complexity
  • Possess the skills to initiate, evaluate, develop, defend, and influence users adoption of recommendations
  • Keeps up to date with industry trends and vendor capabilities to produce robust functional designs
  • Demonstrable experience with project management, process design & requirements gathering
  • Experience with implementing and supporting a global organization and global business processes
Responsibilities
  • Lead high impact programs and projects involving the selection, implementation, and ongoing improvement of critical enterprise systems
  • Drive requirement gathering and design sessions to meet or exceed the business expectations
  • Lead and Support Workday areas such as HCM, Talent Management, Payroll, Time Tracking, Benefits and Absence
  • Responsible for business to system knowledge management & documentation and assist in overall system design from user interface to backend processes in both custom application development and software configuration projects
  • Business analysis processes mapping including assorted requirements gathering methodologies, documentation, and partner relationship development
  • Interact as People Technology contact with business partners to facilitate identification of process improvements, risk management, system design, testing and implementation of complex solutions
  • Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend standard methodologies
  • Communicate the vision for the system by extracting, analyzing, and prioritizing business requirements from business objectives, documenting those requirements and refining them into technical action items
  • Assist business partners with defining clear, measurable objectives and ensure the solution options meet the project goals and align with the Global Strategic Initiatives
  • Identify issues beyond the stated situation
  • Demonstrates ability to interpret internal/external business challenges and recommends standard methodologies to improve products, processes, services
  • Lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, complexity
  • Complete assigned projects in a timely and cost-effective manner and coordinate the tasks of internal and external resources where vital to achieve required results
  • Maintain awareness of the constantly evolving technology environment and how new technologies can positively impact Cruise
Desired Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience in Workforce Management systems
  • Experience in implementation of system integrations including requirements gathering, setting up integrations and testing. Build Studio, Core Connector Benefits, Core connector Worker integrations, BIRT Reports. Gather business requirements and translate into technical requirements for integration developers and perform system testing
  • Experience leading vendor relationships and assisting with the software selection process
  • Experience with tools and applications to help automate processes such as Workday Extend
