Requirements
  • An active, valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
  • A reliable personal vehicle and mobile phone are required for work use.
  • Basic computer and smartphone skills, including comfort with Outlook email and Excel spreadsheets, are required.
  • The ability to work a flexible, as-needed schedule Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays and Sundays, is required.
  • The ability to accept periodic shipments of supplies and equipment at a home or local storage facility is required.
  • The role requires willingness to drive up to a two-hour radius from the assigned area; mileage is paid.
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • The courier must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and sit as needed.
  • The courier must be able to lift and carry 15–20 pounds unassisted and reach in all directions.
  • Adequate vision, with corrective vision if needed, is required for depth perception and color recognition.
  • The courier must be able to perform both gross and fine motor tasks.
  • The courier must follow LTS safety protocols and use personal protective equipment when handling specimens; exposure to infectious materials is possible.
Responsibilities
  • Plan routes to meet delivery deadlines while complying with transportation laws.
  • Safely package, transport, and deliver items to internal and external clients on time.
  • Restock kiosks with the correct supplies and quantities when assigned.
  • Maintain an accurate, up-to-date inventory of supplies kept on hand for auditing.
  • Perform basic kiosk function checks and relay status updates to the manager.
  • Perform basic kiosk maintenance and troubleshooting, including screwdriver-based repairs, power and cord swapping, product reconfigurations, and resolution of minor operational issues in the field.
  • Submit required work reports and keep leadership informed of real-time issues affecting service.
  • Coordinate supply pickups and drop-offs as program needs evolve.
  • Handle specimens when required, following all applicable safety protocols.
  • Support other duties as needed by the team.

Under Lindsay Goldberg's ownership since 2020, LTS grew revenue and EBITDA by over 150%, expanded to all 50 states, and executed 15 strategic acquisitions. The transaction terms were not disclosed. Financial advisors included Harris Williams, UBS Investment Bank, and Citizens Capital Markets & Advisory.
