Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve Ramp’s self-service onboarding and activation strategy in partnership with Scaled Customer Success leadership, Product, and Growth.
  • Use data to diagnose activation bottlenecks, build dashboards, run metric reviews, and drive data-backed recommendations.
  • Partner with Product to improve activation features and automation that enhance self-onboarding.
  • Lead customer education programs at scale, including group onboarding trainings, video content, chatbot optimization, and lifecycle communications.
  • Continuously improve systems and team efficiency through automation, content, and applied artificial intelligence initiatives.
  • Design, launch, and iterate scaled customer success programs that improve outcomes across thousands of customers.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of 6–8 Scaled Customer Success Managers.
  • Drive team performance across activation, expansion, and customer satisfaction targets while fostering ownership and excellence.
  • Hire, train, and enable team members on Ramp’s product, customer journey, and playbooks.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Growth, and Data to align scaled strategy with company goals.

Ramp is in early talks with investors for a new round of funding at a roughly $60 billion valuation, according to people familiar with the efforts, just three months after the financial technology startup was valued at $44 billion. The company is considering raising about $1 billion in primary funding, said one of the people, who spoke on condition of anonymity as the information is not public. The talks are ongoing and details could change, the people said.

Ramp launches Router.com to cut AI costs by 40% through smart model routing

Ramp has launched Router.com, a platform that routes AI requests to the most cost-effective model whilst maintaining performance standards. The service connects to major AI providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, and SpaceXAI, with additional models from Nvidia, Kimi, DeepSeek, and others. Early customers have reduced inference costs by 40% on average. Router uses Ramp SWE-Bench, a benchmark built from production tasks, to continuously test models and automatically incorporate optimal routing strategies. AI spend at companies has grown 20.7 times since June 2025, according to the Ramp AI Index. Ramp originally developed Router internally three years ago, cutting its own inference costs by approximately 30%. Ramp opens Toronto office, launches Canadian finance platform with local cards and tax automation

Ramp has launched its finance platform in Canada and opened a Toronto office. Ramp launches stablecoin accounts for all businesses, settling on Solana

Ramp has opened stablecoin accounts to all customers, allowing businesses to hold, send, and receive both traditional dollars and stablecoins like USDC and USDT on a single platform. The service integrates stablecoin payments into existing workflows for cards, bills, and accounting, eliminating the need for separate wallets and manual reconciliation. Businesses can hold stablecoin balances, earn rewards, and pay vendors or employees directly from stablecoin or checking accounts. Transactions sync automatically with accounting systems. Stablecoin deposits are supported across seven blockchain networks, including Solana, chosen for its speed and low transaction costs. More than 150 businesses adopted the service during beta testing.
