Requirements
  • An active California Registered Nurse license is required.
  • Current Basic Life Support certification is required.
  • A minimum of one year of vascular access or infusion experience is required.
  • A minimum of one year of leadership or management experience is required.
  • Candidates must be able to administer intravenous therapies, start intravenous lines, and monitor treatments.
  • Candidates must be able to document client interactions, treatments, and responses accurately.
  • Candidates must understand anatomy, medical terminology, and clinical practices.
  • Candidates must have experience or ability in client education, relationship-building, retention, coaching, sales, performance management, multitasking, prioritization, problem-solving, decision-making, time management, organization, independent work, proactive outreach, follow-up, and re-engagement.
  • Candidates must be able to balance clinical excellence with relationship ownership and business accountability.
  • Candidates must be willing to work 8–10-hour shifts Monday through Friday and 1–2 Saturdays and Sundays per month based on staffing.
Responsibilities
  • Administer intravenous therapies, including starting intravenous lines and monitoring treatments.
  • Ensure client safety, comfort, and overall well-being throughout services.
  • Document client interactions, treatments, and responses accurately.
  • Educate clients on therapies, memberships, wellness services, and how recommended services can support their health and wellness goals.
  • Build trusted client relationships and address client concerns and service recovery opportunities.
  • Conduct proactive follow-up, care calls, and outreach to support client progress and continued engagement.
  • Support membership enrollment, renewals, and retention.
  • Help clients identify health and wellness goals and connect those goals to an appropriate plan and next step.
  • Support a consistent client journey from initial consultation through long-term maintenance.
  • Ensure clients understand next steps and, when appropriate, leave with their next appointment scheduled.
  • Partner with the Clinic Director and care team to identify overdue, disengaged, or at-risk clients and initiate outreach.
  • Support seamless handoffs between team members.
  • Lead by example in connecting clinic services, memberships, and wellness programs to client goals.
  • Drive clinic performance through client education, personalized recommendations, and follow-through.
  • Monitor client retention, return-to-appointment, active-client, membership, and engagement metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Coach team members in discovery, education, motivational communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Support achievement of clinic revenue goals by creating exceptional client experiences and helping clients schedule appropriate follow-up appointments.
  • Partner with the Clinic Director on relationship-building, referral, community partnership, reactivation, and retention strategies.
  • Act as a backup point of contact for the Clinic Director.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and regulations.
  • Complete required training related to nutrition infusion therapies.
  • Support daily clinic operations and workflow efficiency.
  • Monitor clinic performance metrics and assist with improvement action plans.
  • Assist with inventory management, scheduling, and operational execution.
  • Assist in hiring, onboarding, and developing staff.
  • Train and educate team members on procedures, client care standards, relationship-based conversations, wellness education, and long-term client engagement.
  • Lead, motivate, and influence staff to meet client experience, retention, and performance goals.
  • Foster a positive, high-performance team culture.
  • Support staff development through daily coaching, goal setting, feedback, and accountability.
  • Monitor and document staff performance in partnership with Human Resources.
  • Support coaching, goal setting, and career development.
  • Identify high-performing employees for growth opportunities.
  • Assist in conflict resolution and team management.
  • Help ensure team members meet clinical, client relationship, sales, operational, and performance expectations.
  • Maintain a culture of trust, respect, and professionalism.
  • Promote positivity, resilience, and accountability within the team.
  • Champion a client-first culture focused on trusted relationships, personalized wellness support, continuity, accountability, retention, and results.
Desired Qualifications
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification is preferred.
  • Previous relationship-based sales, membership, retail healthcare, hospitality, wellness coaching, or client retention experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Records systems is desirable.
