Project Manager
About the job
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically is required.
- Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer.
- 3–5+ years of experience managing information technology projects involving software development and the software development life cycle are required.
- Experience working within an established project management office process is required.
- Experience managing third-party implementation vendors is required.
- Experience managing third-party support vendors is required.
- Project/practice management competency is required.
- Experience designing and developing software components, with a strong service-oriented architecture and integration background, is required.
- Create and execute project work plans, revising them as needed to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Identify required resources and assign individual responsibilities.
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of project work and scope.
- Review deliverables prepared by the team before passing them to the client.
- Apply the organization's methodology and enforce project standards.
- Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
- Identify and manage project risks.
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Review team members' status reports and address issues as appropriate.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and end-to-end implementation is preferred.
- Salesforce.com integration experience, including integration between different business systems and use of integration tools, is preferred.
