Requirements
  • 5-8 years of marketing experience, ideally with Trade Marketing or Partnership support
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in marketing strategy, consumer insights, and commercial data analysis to understand performance and build structured narratives around business performance
  • Ability to deliver 360 marketing campaigns with a focus on CRM, Digital, and Social channels

Responsibilities
  • Leading the marketing relationship with designated restaurant partners, including leading Nationals Brands like Five Guys, Popeyes and Shake Shack
  • Developing annual joint business plans with key Restaurant Partners to drive growth on Deliveroo
  • Drive the Restaurant marketing strategy within the QSR segment at Deliveroo
  • Partnering closely with Commercial teams to drive growth through new customer acquisition, frequency and retention, and brand awareness.
  • Delivering Quarterly Growth Opportunities for Partners, outlining key opportunities for brands to participate with clear data-led and ROI-backed recommendations
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver joint business plans and future growth strategies for Restaurant partners (i.e. Product, CRM, Social and PR)
  • Take ownership of key restaurant marketing initiatives such as building Plus our loyalty proposition and enhancing the ways brands can engage with Deliveroo to drive increased visibility in the app.
