- You have experience with ServiceNow, particularly refinement and troubleshooting.
- You can assess risks effectively concerning permissions, roles, and new functionalities.
- You are communicatively strong in Dutch and English and can easily engage with different stakeholders.
- You think analytically and independently develop concrete solutions.
- You have an affinity for generative AI and are motivated to actively apply this technology in your daily work.
- Ensure that the ServiceNow platform within KPMG functions optimally and is continuously improved.
- Translate business needs into practical, effective solutions and ensure the platform is used to its full potential.
- Coordinate daily with different stakeholders and maintain oversight of processes and functionalities.
- Contribute to the continued development of the ServiceNow platform and KPMG's IT services.
