Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in environmental assessments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
Responsibilities
  • Write and review Environmental Site Assessment assignments.
  • Provide recommendations and solutions to Managing Directors and clients while understanding the assessment's potential impact on the transaction process.
  • Oversee quality control throughout the project's life cycle.
  • Manage field technicians during site visits and occasionally lead fieldwork activities as necessary.
  • Complete historical, regulatory, and other appropriate research.
  • Communicate with clients and subject-site representatives.
  • Conduct appropriate site reconnaissance.
  • Compile and organize data.
  • Prepare quality supporting documentation, including site figures and appendices.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Managing Director that are associated with the report deliverable schedule and plan.
Desired Qualifications
  • Professional certifications, such as Certified Environmental Professional, are a plus.
  • Radon and AHERA asbestos certifications are a plus.
