  • At least 5 years of business analysis or systems analysis experience.
  • Strong hands-on SQL skills, including writing queries against relational databases to investigate production issues, reconcile data across systems, and uncover root causes.
  • Demonstrated interest in using artificial intelligence and advanced tooling to enhance business analysis workflows, including requirements development, data exploration, testing, and knowledge discovery.
  • Understanding of financial instruments such as equities, bonds, swaps, options, futures, forwards, and foreign exchange, and of their post-trade lifecycle, including allocation, confirmation, settlement, and fails management.
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Strong client relationship skills and the ability to build consensus.
  • A blend of business and technical knowledge, a broad perspective, and the ability to work with internal teams to execute on that vision, along with a working understanding of application construction—including databases, interfaces, data flows, and batch versus real-time processing—sufficient to brainstorm and design workflows with developers.
  • Experience working directly with business partners to understand their needs and deliver solutions, ideally in trade operations, settlements, or another middle- or back-office environment.
  • Experience writing requirements, functional specifications, use cases, and test plans.
  • Experience in IT change, incident, and problem management, and the software development life cycle.
  • Experience using project tracking tools such as Jira or ServiceNow.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, business-critical, team-oriented environment.
  • Intellectual curiosity about business partners' work and willingness to learn independently and from peers.
Responsibilities
  • Manage production incidents by querying production data with SQL, tracing issues end to end, determining root causes and corrective actions, and following up.
  • Interact directly with business partners at all organizational levels to define, analyze, and document requirements and set priorities.
  • Advocate for and advise business partners on their needs.
  • Develop expertise in firm-specific workflows, including the trade confirmation and settlement lifecycle and the rationale behind operational procedures, market conventions, and controls.
  • Observe Settlements and Operations analysts' processes firsthand and use that understanding to anticipate pain points and propose solutions proactively.
  • Author functional, design, and support documentation.
  • Collaborate with software developers, database architects, vendors, and IT and business teams to analyze and determine functional specifications and user-interface design for new applications and enhancements, and help shape workflows based on an understanding of applications, data flows, and interfaces.
  • Partner with the delivery team to ensure timely, scalable, high-quality business solutions.
  • Provide regular project status reports and track issues.
  • Provide input on system design to help the development team define effort and implementation schedules.
  • Oversee phases of testing and user acceptance.
  • Provide rotational production support to business users and act as an escalation point for support issues requiring detailed analysis and management.
  • Perform vendor and broker management tasks, work with the business team on project work and enhancements, and raise defects on vendor platforms.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working directly with business partners to understand their needs and deliver solutions, ideally in trade operations, settlements, or another middle- or back-office environment.

We just closed an employee tender offer which values ElevenLabs at $22BN, up 2x from our Series D in February. The tender was led by Wellington and T. Rowe Price, and the growth is driven by demand from enterprises to deploy ElevenAgents across sales, support, and operations. In 2022, we raised our first round at a $9 million valuation, which we announced alongside Eleven v1, our first Text to Speech model, and the first model to generate human-level speech. Four years later, as we reach our new valuation, we just released two new state-of-the-art Text to Speech models. Eleven v4 and v4 Turbo are our fastest and most emotive models yet, and are leading independent benchmarks. Alongside models, we have built a full interaction platform for AI. It allows organizations to deploy conversational agents, connected to their knowledge and systems, that interact naturally in any industry, geography, or context. This shift is driving much of our growth, with enterprise now accounting for 55% of our revenue, as businesses adopt ElevenAgents to support their customers and employees. Our technology is now used in daily operations at five of the world’s ten largest tech companies, five of the ten largest insurers, and four of the ten largest telecoms. The round was co-led by Wellington Management and T. Rowe Price, along with participation from Goldman Sachs, GIC, Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, EQT Group, Sapphire Ventures, and BDT & MSD Partners. And grateful for ongoing support from existing investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Alkeon Capital, The D. E. Shaw Group, Disruptive, Evantic Capital, ICONIQ, and Lightspeed. Most of all, this round is for the team that built the last four years. We're just getting started! | 89 comments on LinkedIn
