Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Create a guest-obsessed culture that prioritizes the guest experience and delivers on store sales goals.
  • Anticipate staffing needs, develop talent plans, and recruit for both long- and short-term needs.
  • Manage leaders to follow up on training completion, check for understanding, and provide continuous education opportunities.
  • Engage in consistent and meaningful development conversations with Team Leaders throughout critical touch points.
  • Personalize recognition and appreciation to reinforce critical guest service behaviors and promote a positive, guest-centric culture.
  • Establish a culture of accountability through clear expectations and performance management, including observing, recognizing, and coaching critical behaviors.
  • Understand business reporting and guest insights to identify, troubleshoot, and follow up on opportunity areas.
  • Respond to negative guest shopping experiences by de-escalating situations and ensuring the team understands how to resolve them for the guest.
  • Create a scheduling plan with Team Leaders based on monthly and weekly business workload and guest traffic.
  • Plan, manage, and follow up on organizational and operational change.
  • Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance, and lead the team to follow these standards.
  • Follow all safe and secure training and processes as a key carrier.
  • Address store needs, including emergencies and regulatory visits.
  • Lead and manage a guest-first team culture across the store.
  • Set and plan department monthly and quarterly workloads to support business priorities and manage a team to deliver service and sales goals.
  • Recruit, select, and manage talent for hourly team members and leaders.
