  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Finance, or Accounting
  • 5+ years of experience working in IT Compliance, Audits, and/or IT Risk Management in a publicly listed corporation
  • Technical knowledge required of basic cloud computing architecture
  • Knowledge of SOX, IFRS, and Public Accounting standards is a must
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the Enterprise IT organization to meet compliance requirements and mitigate IT Risks
  • Conduct Periodic Reviews of Suppliers, Vendors, and Systems to ensure continued compliance with Veeva’s policies
  • Support IT Assessments for new vendors (including Software and Service Providers)
  • Lead IT Risk Assessments for IT Operations and IT Projects
  • Ensure compliance with Veeva’s regulatory requirements including but not limited to Sarbanes-Oxley, Data Privacy regulations, and GxP Validation requirements
  • Responsibility of Veeva on Veeva compliance program, including connecting our product compliance processes with our IT compliance processes.
