  • The candidate must be familiar with artificial intelligence tools and able to build and iterate upon artificial-intelligence-assisted workflows.
  • The candidate must have strong statistical foundations, including the ability to identify confounded variables and aggregation errors and explain methodology under scrutiny.

  • Independently define the approach, structure, and output for ambiguous commercial questions, then convert the approach into artificial-intelligence context, repeatable skills, and scripts.
  • Build business cases for commercial decisions involving game forecasting, platform deals, bundle strategies, and portfolio opportunities such as ports, streaming, cloud gaming, and physical partnerships.
  • Develop metrics to measure the holistic performance of the commercialization system at every level.
  • Partner with the Business Operations Manager to define and execute processes across overlapping responsibilities.
  • Maintain written records of judgment calls and participate in weekly reviews so the reasoning remains inspectable.

Atari creates electronic entertainment for both arcades and homes. It popularized cartridge-based home gaming with the Atari 2600, letting players swap in different games on one console. Arcade cabinets and home consoles used simple controllers and interchangeable software to deliver varied experiences. The goal is to bring interactive entertainment to a wide audience by building a broad library of arcade and home game titles.
