Requirements
- Five or more years of hands-on IBM Maximo technical development.
- Experience with Maximo Application Suite.
- Strong skills in automation scripting, Java-based MBO customization, and App Designer.
- Proficiency in BIRT reporting.
- Experience with REST and SOAP application programming interfaces.
- Exposure to support environments and incident-resolution workflows.
- Working knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library processes.
Responsibilities
- Design and enhance Maximo applications to align with client business requirements.
- Customize workflows, MBOs, automation scripts, and user-interface components.
- Develop and maintain BIRT reports.
- Collaborate with functional analysts and business stakeholders.
- Participate in low-volume ticket support and bug fixing.
- Adhere to Information Technology Infrastructure Library-aligned change and incident-management processes.
- Architect and lead custom Maximo solutions and integrations.
- Develop complex BIRT and COGNOS reports for enterprise reporting needs.
- Design and manage integrations via MIF, REST/SOAP, or enterprise service buses.
- Mentor mid-level developers and conduct code reviews.
- Lead technical discussions with client stakeholders.
- Provide occasional support and advanced troubleshooting.
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with COGNOS.
- IBM Maximo or Maximo Application Suite certifications.
- Experience with enterprise asset management systems.
- Strong command of SQL, Java, and scripting languages.
- Integration with enterprise service buses, WebMethods, or custom-built connectors.
