Requirements

A Bac+2 or Bac+3 qualification in accounting, finance, or management, such as a BTS compta-gestion or DCG.
At least four years of experience in an accounting firm performing bookkeeping and pre-review work.

Responsibilities

Prepare and produce clients' monthly accounting and tax declarations, including VAT, according to sector-specific requirements.
Validate collected digital data and ensure compliance with accounting standards during pre-reviews by performing account checking, account matching, and bank reconciliations.
Substantiate all accounting items and income statement accounts by clearing accounts and reconciling balances.
Manage the integration of new clients into the firm's information systems, build their files, and organize the collection of accounting data with them.
Encourage clients to digitize and automate accounting data flows and organize the collection of accounting data with them.
Update and monitor management dashboards for clients, including income statements and cash flow.

En tant que Chargé de comptabilité F/H, vous gérez la tenue (l'acquisition des données dématérialisées) de la comptabilité et les opérations liées à l'intégration des clients.

Vos missions:

Préparer et produire la comptabilité mensuelle des clients et les déclarations fiscales : TVA, suivant les spécificités sectorielles
Fiabiliser les données numériques récoltées et assurer le respect de la norme comptable dans le cadre de pré-révisions (effectuer le pointage, le lettrage de comptes et les rapprochements bancaires)
Justifier l’ensemble des éléments comptables et des comptes de résultats (apurer les comptes, rapprocher les soldes)
Prendre en charge l’intégration des nouveaux clients dans les systèmes d’information du cabinet, construire leur dossier et organiser avec eux l’acquisition des données comptables
Inciter les clients à digitaliser et automatiser les flux de données comptables, et organiser avec eux l’acquisition des données comptables
Mettre à jour et suivre les tableaux de bord de gestion auprès du client (compte de résultats, trésorerie…)

Qualifications

De formation Bac+2, Bac+3 en comptabilité, finance ou gestion (type BTS compta-gestion, DCG, etc), vous justifiez d'une expérience en cabinet comptable d'au moins 4 ans sur de la tenue, pré-révision.
Vous recherchez un environnement de travail agile et évolutif qui vous permette d’être en prise avec les transformations de votre métier.
