Engineering Industries eXcellence

View

Engineering Industries eXcellence integrates software for manufacturers so product designs, factory operations and supply chains share usable data. Its consultants build a digital thread, a connected record that follows a product from engineering decisions through production and delivery. Customers pay for software, implementation and ongoing support, with projects ranging from factory control systems to simulations that test production changes before equipment moves. The business combines industrial engineering knowledge with software configuration and integration to adapt production systems to manufacturers' workflows. It operates as IndX and has headquarters in Chicago and Rome.

  • IndX's medical-device roadmap extends delivery duties: consultants handle six weeks of go-live and dedicated post-launch support.
  • Team structures were set for change: a June 2026 plan assigned IndX's non-Siemens services to Accenture's respective units.

What makes Engineering Industries eXcellence unique

  • Siemens validates IndX expertise: its Smart Expert designation covers digital manufacturing software.
