Responsibilities
  • Register and welcome guests and new or visiting colleagues to the office
  • Submit building requests via a management portal, liaise with the security team and building manager for maintenance, deliveries, or issues
  • Perform office tasks, including but not limited to, ordering and stocking supplies, organizing happy hours and in-office events, being a trusted business partner to our team, and other ad-hoc duties
  • Upkeep and maintenance of conference areas, kitchen, and event space and supervise cleaning and repair of these and other areas
  • Via our team Helpdesk, partner with other Showpadders to organize and execute onsite meetings including arranging catering for staff/client meetings, assisting with event flow and onsite logistics, setting up meeting rooms and breaking them down
  • Maintain refreshment inventory needed for stocked healthy kitchen, client visits and training sessions
  • Arrange catering for weekly employee lunches and special events
  • Act as the onsite point of contact for all in-office requests and the face of the Workplace team, providing world-class customer service to our team and customers
  • Enforce office policies and guidelines to maintain or improve the office environment
