Requirements
  • BS in Engineering or other technical degree
  • In depth knowledge and experience with mechanical and software based diagnostic tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience with using metrics and data analysis
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Ability to travel 75%-100% of each month for this role
Responsibilities
  • Assist in onsite deployment operations and serve as an on-site OSARO presence
  • Perform on-site hardware, software, and networking set-up of robotic systems
  • Serve as an on-site problem solver and coordinate the deployment of solutions
  • Develop an understanding of a customer's existing operations and workflows
  • Ensure all system performance expectations are achieved
  • Log all site issues found onsite into the tracking system
  • Refine customer/site workflows and ensure our systems fit into all customer operational processes
  • Conduct Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) with the customer
  • Travel extensively, between 75% and 100%
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in either system, electrical or mechanical design in the fields of Factory Automation and Warehouse Automation
  • Experience with simulation tools for offline robot programming and layout considerations
  • Exposure to PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron, Keyence, CODESYS, etc) and control logic
  • Exposure to Rust / c++ Programming Language
  • Exposure to Rest Internet Protocol
  • Experience with generating technical documents and sales materials
