Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • VivSoft covers employee-only healthcare premiums: its full-time Account Lead posting advertises 100% employer-paid medical, dental and vision.
  • VivSoft supports time off and retirement: its full-time Senior AI/ML Data Analyst posting lists 11 holidays and matching contributions.
  • VivSoft includes financial safety nets: its benefits list disability insurance, life insurance and an employee assistance program.

What critics are saying

  • VivSoft's Springfield analyst works onsite: active Top Secret clearance with sensitive compartmented information eligibility is required.
  • VivSoft Account Leads juggle delivery and growth: the role targets approximately 50% billable work alongside account leadership.
  • VivSoft's teaming program targets subcontracting: access to those opportunities depends on securing a prime-contractor partner.

What makes VivSoft Technologies unique

  • Customers retain the code: VivSoft stores all ENBUILD code in government-owned repositories.
  • ENBUILD extends past deployment: VivSoft includes accelerators for composing and testing AI agent workflows.
  • VivSoft avoids a single cloud stack: its modernization approach is tool-agnostic and spans multiple cloud providers.
