Requirements
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure in oilfield environments.

Responsibilities
  • Focus heavily on semi tractor/trailer structures and auxiliary systems.
  • Complete tractor/trailer work orders according to operational priority.
  • Communicate with managers and the remote operations center regarding assignments and conflicts.
  • Maintain and repair machinery, including generators, pumps, air-conditioning systems, compressors, trailer structures, tractor engines, brakes, and suspension systems.
  • Plan and schedule the workday based on operational needs.
Desired Qualifications
  • One to two years of experience in a mechanical-related field, such as diesel engine repair, tractor-trailer mechanics, or frac mechanics.
  • A 2-year degree in a related field from a technical college.
  • Diesel mechanic certification.
  • Air-conditioning technician certification, such as Section 608 or 609 certification.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Working understanding of frac operations.
