  • Experience with Intelligence Community or Department of Defense networks is required.
  • An active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance is required.
Responsibilities
  • Develop a detailed scope of the program.
  • Develop refined system-level requirements.
  • Develop detailed functional requirements for collocation capabilities.
  • Develop concepts of operations and a site transition plan.
  • Develop a refined cost model.
  • Collaborate on and provide support for developing initial Engineering Change Proposal material, task orders, and contract modifications for changes to existing Defense Information Systems Agency programs.
  • Develop a proof of concept or pilot implementation for risk reduction.
  • Develop an integration plan with a hyperscaler network.
