- Experience with Intelligence Community or Department of Defense networks is required.
- An active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance is required.
- Develop a detailed scope of the program.
- Develop refined system-level requirements.
- Develop detailed functional requirements for collocation capabilities.
- Develop concepts of operations and a site transition plan.
- Develop a refined cost model.
- Collaborate on and provide support for developing initial Engineering Change Proposal material, task orders, and contract modifications for changes to existing Defense Information Systems Agency programs.
- Develop a proof of concept or pilot implementation for risk reduction.
- Develop an integration plan with a hyperscaler network.
