About the Company

The Care Company

AI voice companion for senior care

The Care Company provides a technology platform for senior living facilities to improve resident care and staff efficiency, centered on an AI voice companion named Carey that calls residents by phone. Carey proactively checks in, gathering seven health dimensions and performing validated medical assessments, with data routed to the Care Hub where care teams receive updates, alerts, and insights. Unlike some platforms, it uses voice calls rather than requiring residents to use new apps, and it centralizes information to support staff, families, and care coordination. Its goal is to help keep residents healthier and more engaged while reducing staff burnout by providing timely, coordinated care.
