General Manager

C3 AI is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager of Federal Systems to lead our federal sector operations. This executive will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to expand C3 AI’s presence and impact within the federal government sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in federal systems, a deep understanding of government procurement processes, and a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and teams.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy for C3 AI’s federal systems division to achieve growth objectives.
• Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the federal government sector, including Department of Defense (DoD), intelligence agencies, and civilian agencies.
• Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the federal government, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Project Management: Oversee the execution of federal contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of professionals dedicated to the federal sector.
• Collaboration: Work closely with C3 AI’s product development, marketing, and alliances teams to align federal initiatives with overall company goals and objectives.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the status of federal projects, financial performance, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 20 years of experience in a leadership role within the federal sector, with a focus on systems integration, AI, or technology solutions.
• Skills:
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful business strategies.
  • Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Deep knowledge of AI technologies, applications, and their relevance to federal operations.
• Clearance: Active security clearance or ability to obtain one.
