Requirements
  • Business Tools – understanding and proficiency with Microsoft Office; the ideal candidate is advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word, and proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio with the ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and provide (or recommend) the Day Shift Operations personnel required to support scheduled activities in the Fragnet (Entries into radiological areas, radiological area rollbacks, etc.)
  • Attends meetings as the Operations representative as directed by Operations Management.
  • Identifies, orders, and stocks supplies needed by Operations for their daily radiological and non-radiological tasks.
  • Receives and stores laundry for the facility.
  • Identifies, submits, and reviews procedure revisions.
  • Coordinates waste disposal and setup of B25s (and other waste containers) as necessary to support Facility Operations.
  • Support performance demonstrations as required/directed by the Operations Manager.
  • Supports and tracks the completion of Maintenance Work Package OAC closures (as the Operations representative).
