As a Field Marketing & Community Intern, you'll be part of our energetic marketing team of 18 people. Reporting to the Global Field Marketing Lead in Berlin, you'll help with different marketing projects focused on boosting our brand in the EMEA and NA regions.
This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in helping to execute field marketing & community strategies, organizing impactful events, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve our marketing objectives.
What is your job?
Field Marketing
Collaborate with team members to assist in planning and executing in-person events across EMEA and the US, as well as virtual events
Provide support with logistical arrangements, including vendor management, venue selection, booth set-up, catering, and travel arrangements
Assist in orchestrating pre-event and post-event communications to drive attendance and follow-up with potential leads
Contribute to the creation of compelling marketing collateral, and promotional materials tailored for field marketing activities
Ensure effective distribution of marketing materials at events, maintaining consistency in brand messaging and adherence to company branding guidelines
Help to collect and analyze data derived from field marketing activities to evaluate performance metrics and determine return on investment (ROI)
Community
Community engagement: Help facilitate discussions, encourage participation, and ensure the community remains a valuable space for HR professionals
Content creation: Draft engaging polls, weekly newsletter, discussion prompts, and community updates to keep members engaged and informed
Moderation & admin: Approve new members, enforce community guidelines, and assist in keeping the space organized
Event support: Assist in planning and promoting virtual and in-person events for the community
Analytics & reporting: Track engagement trends and provide insights to improve community initiatives
Who are we looking for?
You are fluent in German (min B2 + level)
You are based in Berlin and able to be in the Leapsome office at least 8 times a month
You possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging diverse audiences
You are highly organized with keen attention to detail and are able to manage multiple projects concurrently within strict timelines
You demonstrate a creative mindset and proactive approach, you are capable of generating innovative ideas to drive successful marketing initiatives
You exhibit a passion for marketing, events, and community building and bring a strong eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative and dynamic team environment
You are ready to travel within Germany to assist with on-site event execution
